17	Reliance Foundry Bicycle Parking Solutions Bicycle Racks, Bike Bollards and Cycle Lockers These folks at Reliance Foundry sometimes offer bike rack "giveaways" for non-profits like the Bicycle Coalition of the Ozarks. The BCO received 21 bicycle racks from Reliance Foundry for installation at area elementary schools in March 2012.
